Do not move, remove, or tamper with antiques, artwork, or other items. Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly. • Follow staff instructions. Access is limited to the penthouse and areas authorized by Shakers staff. An overnight reservation does not grant unrestricted access to the bar, basement, or other parts of the building. • Coordinate your arrival. Please arrange check-in with the host and follow the check-in, checkout, and building security instructions provided with your reservation. • Be considerate. Keep noise at a reasonable level and respect staff, neighbors, and other patrons. Unsafe or disruptive behavior is not permitted. • Ask before investigating. Obtain host approval before using paranormal investigation equipment or conducting séances or other organized activities. Do not attach equipment to walls or furnishings, block exits, or interfere with safety devices. • Follow the host’s smoking policy. Confirm where smoking or vaping is permitted before use. Candles, incense, and other open flames require express host approval. • Leave the space tidy. Dispose of trash appropriately, return items to their original locations, and follow the host’s checkout instructions. • Understand the experience.
